一、晚会主题

激扬青春·彰显个性——暨2014年水塘中学元旦晚会

二、活动对象:

水塘中学全体师生

三、活动时间、场地:

xx年11月28日19:00、篮球场临时搭建舞台

四、活动领导小组

组 长:缪新勇

组 员:王国飞、汤酥泓、柳国荣、杨显芝、郑义春、白建锋、马艳华、胡云葵、李兴荣、李俊、罗荣兴、李忠海、刀彦飞、罗开键、代荣兵,各班班主任及跟班教师。

五、节目来源分配:

1、每个班准备参演节目至少一个,节目围绕“激扬青春·中国梦”的主题,同时附音乐光盘。

2、每个班报送的节目形式,可以是唱歌、舞蹈、相声、小品等多种形式,节目内容必须健康,积极向上,富有时代感,能体现青年学生和民族地区的民族特色。

3、11月25日前由柳国荣负责组织评委对学生节目进行筛选,选出19个高质量的节目参加元旦晚会展演。

4、文艺晚会分别设置一、二、三等奖,其中一等奖1个,奖金200元;二等奖3个,奖金100元,三等奖4个,奖金50元,合计700元。

六、晚会节目要求

1、内容文明健康、积极向上,用艺术的形式弘扬民族优秀文化和中华民族传统美德,唱响时代主旋律,展现校园新风尚;贴近学生生活,反映我校师生良好的精神风貌。

2、既有时代特色,又要适合学校特点。

3、形式力求灵活多样、新颖、丰富多彩,有独创性。

4、节目形式建议:

歌舞类(大合唱、小合唱、重唱、独唱、对唱、歌曲串烧、歌伴舞、集体舞、独舞、民族舞、现代舞、街舞等、武术等);

乐器类(钢琴、古筝、吉他、小提琴等等)

语言类(朗诵、小品、相声、快板、校园剧、情景剧等);

6、单个节目时长控制在6分钟内。

七、活动具体分工

第一项目组:节目组

组长:柳国荣

组员:杨显芝 胡云葵 马艳华

任务:

1、各班班主任负责落实本班节目的安排、督促排练、检查协调工作。

2、柳国荣负责完成节目收集、筛选及后期的彩排工

作;负责节目的编排及晚会全流程的衔接,节目单的制作。

第二项目组:舞台及背景设计组

组长:郑义春

组员:李忠海 代荣兵 刀彦飞

任务:

1、舞台整体设计,包括背景设计、舞台装饰设计方案。

2、准备舞台及背景装饰所需物品。

第三项目组:灯光音响及电力保障组

组长:李兴荣

组员:李 俊 罗荣兴

任务:负责接通并检查晚会电路,协助晚会期间舞台灯光设备、音箱设备的安装调试。

第四项目组:后勤保障组

组长:刀彦飞

组员:杨雪松、刀振荣、李华东及后勤人员

任务:

1、现场摄影、摄像。

2、协助准备部分晚会所需的服装、道具。

3、晚会所需物品购买。

4、晚会产生的各种费用的收集、报销。

第五项目组:安全及场地组

组长:朱学云

组员:王国飞,白建峰、学校警卫及学生会部分成员

任务:1、晚会场地划分。

2、晚会期间会场纪律维持。

3、会场安全保卫及紧急情况处理。

第六项目组:节目主持组

组长:汤酥泓

组员:学生会宣传组成员

任务:1、主持人选拔、培训。

2、节目主持词串联及互动游戏设计。

3、主持人形象设计。

第七项目组:舞台运行组

组长:代昌齐

组员:全体学生会成员

任务:1、负责节目的出场的协调,保证节目的`连贯性。

2、负责节目演员上下台及道具的上下,维持上下场秩序。

3、负责收齐所有节目的伴奏音乐,并标上节目名称及在光盘上的位置或刻录成套盘,协助音响组工作。

4、负责应急情况处置。

八、各阶段任务及工作分配

1、晚会策划准备期(10月10日--11月10日):

任务:

A、节目收集:各班班主任落实本班参演节目,并于 11月10日前报柳国荣处。

B、节目主持组选定主持人并进行相应训练和准备

2、晚会协调及进展期(11月10日--11月19日):

任务:

A、各年级抓紧时间排练,班主任适时检查,校团支部协调组织节目组成员于晚会正式开始前择日对参演节目进行彩排,确定最终参演节目并基本确定节目演出顺序。

B、舞台及背景设计组拿出设计方案,制作好背景,并做相应的物品准备。

C、灯光音响及宣传组落实音响系统、用电供给检查。

D、节目主持组完成主持稿及互动游戏设计。

3、晚会倒计时期(11月20日--11月27日)

任务:

A、学校召开元旦晚会筹备会,协调、落实相关工作。

B、节目组于11月27日前组织参演节目进行最后一次彩排,最终确定节目演出顺序并制作节目单。

C、灯光音响及宣传组完成音响系统、灯光的安装调试。

D、后勤保障组完成舞台的搭建、布置工作。

E、安全及场地组做好师生场地划分及相应安全保障工作。

F、学校总务处邀请相关嘉宾。

九、几点说明:

1、举行迎新年元旦汇演是教育教学和德育活动的一个重要组成部分,是丰富师生文化生活、宣传党的方针政策的重要途径;同时,也是向各级领导、社会各界展示、宣传我校的大好时机。各年级各班接通知后,一定要高度重视,精心组织、抓紧排练,真正把参演节目排练成精品,奉献给全校师生,为共同打造一个和谐、文明、生机勃勃的校园做出自己的贡献。

2、希望各组精诚协作、相互配合,圆满完成本次活动。

3、为鼓励各班班主任积极配合参与,让此次元旦晚会举办取得圆满成功,各获奖节目选送班级班主任或跟班教师可以加分。(加分办法后文附)

4、各节目所需道具、服装、化妆品等一律自备;舞台背景、灯光、音响设备由学校负责。
