我先把饺子皮平摊在手掌上，再用筷子把肉夹到饺子皮中间，不能放太多也不能放太少。用食指沾上一点水，在饺皮的边缘涂一下，再捏一捏就大功告成了。包完饺子，看着桌子上形形色色的饺子我开心极了，一会儿饺子就出锅了，吃着自己亲手包的饺子味道好极了!
