A couple of days ago, we watched a video called “ Under the dome”. The video was directed by Chi Jing. She spent her time and money making it to ask people what the smog was.

It is reported that Hangzhou was smoggy for more than 200 days in a year on average. Outside, we often breathe in the terrible air. Fumes and PM2.5 are present in the atmosphere. The problem is that we can’t see the blue sky and enjoy ourselves in nature. I think we are sorrowful.

We have to face the fact that we live in a bad environment. How can we change it? It all depends on whether we can realize the importance of environment. With the development of economy, we should protect environment. Maybe Chinese population is so big and it’s hard to protect environment. But that’s not why we can’t improve the air quality. I think our government should step up laying down the law and take more actions.

I hope we can see the blue sky and white cloud again.
