My last birtyday,I was very excited.All my family had a birthday party for me.Suddenly,the doorbell was ringing.My grandma said:"Tracy,open the door,please."I opened the door.Oh,they're my aunt and cousin.They gave me a book and said:"Tracy,happy birthday to you.Do you like the present?"I said:"Of course.Thank you.Welcome to my birthday party,sit down,please."

My mother put the cake on the table and said:"Tracy,the party begins.Come here."I went into the dining-room.They sang the song:"Happy birtyday to you."to me.My cousin said:"The cake looks very good,let's eat it."Then we ate the cake together.It was nice.

My birthday party is very exciting,we spent a good time!

History traces Halloween back to the ancient religion of the Celtics.The Celts were the ancestors of the present-day Irish,Welsh and Scottish people.In the 5th century BC,in Celtic Ireland,summer officially ended on October 31st.On the November 1st,Celtic peoples celebrated the festival of Samhain,which marked the beginning of winter and the Celtic New Year.Celts thought the division between the natural world and the supernatural world became very thin and all time and space was abruptly suspended on October 31st,and then the spirits of the died would come back and move freely looking for living bodies to possess.

First of all, I was impressed from the beginning by his devotion to teaching. Because his lectures were always well=prepared and clearly delivered, students always swarmed into his classroom. His followers also appreciated the fact that he believed in what he taught and that he was always stimulating. (引人入胜的)Furthermore he could be counted on in every clasession to explain his ideas in an imaginative way, introducing such aids to student understanding as oil paintings, phonograph records, pieces of sculpture, and guest lecturers. Once he even sang a song in clain order to illustrate a point.
